Many things: 1. Operator and others are not responding (sometimes with difficulty)....only phone is ringing and calls not recorded 2. Room ground, soufa, bed sheets and pillows are not clean . There flies in the room 2. Bathroom needs repair, many things are broken and there is more water leakage to the ground when we were using bathroom. 3. No room services; no daily water ( only water given 2 times after many phone calls, and i stayed nine days) 4. Much more noise.. the balcoon door does not isolate the sound 5. TV is very bad; nearly no channels and no one come to set it
